How to read custom headers Service rule?
There seems to be 2 paths to the discussion. 1st path: If the customer headers exists in the email how to read in Pega ? 2nd path: The customer header is not present.
The fix for the 2nd path is that email server administrator needs to fix so that header information is present.
The 1st path still remains unanswered : How to read custom headers Service rule? Anyone found solution for this please ?
