In Pega 7.1.9, FW: CS7.1.4, An exception occurs for Failed to Find Instance @baseclass.CPMPortalRecent of Rule-HTML-Section type

An exception occurring frequently in Logs and applied the followed solution recommended by Pega. But still issue is not resolved. Please suggest what else needs to be done to resolve this exception.

Perform the following local-change: Create a custom version of @baseclass.CPMPortalRecent that has no content.

You now have a empty version of that SECTION at baseclass level and still the same error? If yes that mean you have a scenario where the system isn't having access to that baseclass rule I believe. You may need to trace it.
