Field Value is not being applied as a caption/label in some controls
Somebody can help me with this issue? We have some controls for example check box, that we are using field value as caption/label to be able to make internationalization later. But for some reason that we dont know why, the text for this field value is not being shown. It shows the name of the field value itself like the way bellow:
The first one is with the field value, the second one it is a text value typed straight to the caption (that´s is the only way we could make it work)
The field value it is created in the same class as the section it is being created. For some other controls the field value works fine, but for this one for example and tab group also it doesnt work at all.
Any ideas on why?

@mario.mesquitaplease check that you are using the following configuration
1/ make sure that you are using a caption in your checkbox
2/ click on the rule opener next to the checkbox caption input field - it should create a FV of type pyCaption.
3/ at runtime, the FV should be picked up as expected

@RichardMarsot I did exactly that and is not worrking. Also I am having the same problem with another control which is tab group. The FV is created but is instead of using its content is using the name of the FV.

@mario.mesquita which version of the Pega Platform are you using? best is to create a support request and work with the support engineer to review your configuration.

@mario.mesquita can you double check the section to make sure that 'localize' setting is checked?

Hi. I've tested the FV in a checkbox and it's working. As we don't have more clues than this is happening to you with checkbox and tabbed text, I can only remember you some basic questions.
- Have you tried to create the FV in the baseclass?
- Have you checked with an existing FV? Pick any existing FV in baseclass and put it on your checkbox.
- Have you looked into the Localization panel?
- Have you checked your ruleset stack?
- Have you tested with a end-user operator?
