On click of a button, set the flag as true and refresh the section. Secondly, in the text input using read-only condition as when the flag is not true.

You can use the read-only condition(expression) in the Text Input. On click of a button run activity and refresh the section and set a flag(used in an expression).

Thanks for your response, actually i dont want to save the editable text to some property, i just want to ise the text to display and edit and need to downlaod pdf as a section
