Export To CSV greyed out in Pega Decisioning Hub?
Hi,
Accessing the exercise environment for Pega Decisioning 8.5
Click Content --> Actions to view landing page "Export to CSV", seems to be disabled. Is there a way to enable it?
Assuming its either a check out issue or a permissions issue. I tried checking out the Decision Data record but no effect.
Note: I accessed image through "Creating an Action" challenge in the Cross Sell on The Web mission. I tried both available logins: CDHAnalyst and CDHAdmin

@JMark515 , Export and import is only allowed at business group level. As such, you will need to change the view option to filter to a specific issue/group, click the view button to see all actions of that group and then you can export that list. We don't support exporting or importing at top level because the data context (SR properties) between different issues and groups would be different.
