Troubleshooting Offers Distribution in Customer Decision Hub After CSV Import
I'm having a problem with a decision data with several offers. In the customer decision hub, I'm looking for a client who applies to most of those offers, but after importing changes in the CSV and importing it, none of the clients get those offers. If you know the reason or how to solve it, it would be very helpful.
