Random appearance of authentication pop-up to enter credentials.

Hello,

Pega keeps on prompting authentication pop-up to enter Sign-In credentials randomly. Mostly, it is occurring when a pop-up window is launched while clicking on any link available in the portal. e.g. Opening the attachment section, Opening a tracer etc. On cancelling the pop up system is throwing http 403 forbidden error and application is not accessible any further. User has to login in a fresh session again.

Please assist if anyone experienced similar issues.
