Restrict inner collapsable sections to expand

Hi All, 

We have a requirement like, when we click on the Expand / Collapse icon on Wrapper section , Inner sections which are of type collapseable also getting expanded, Is there any way where we can avoid the expansion of the inner section on click of Expand / collpase from wrapper section.
