Processprogramrun agent is not running in Pega 8.3.1

Marketing Agent Processprogramrun is not found in the agents list. When I verified in Node calcification,  it is available and enabled in one node.

Not sure why it is not seen in the agent list. Due this my campaigns are not running and they stuck in Scheduled state.

Could someone please advise.
