SLA Deadline date is calculated correct ,but time is not.

I have created an SLA and used it for assignment level. Deadline is 3 days, and business calendar is checked. 

Every time the assignment is created, the deadline date is calculated correctly and the time is being calculated as nearest hour.

Eg: if the assignment is created at 2:52PM on 20th Aug, deadline is coming as 25th (considering 22nd and 23rd as weekend) but the time is coming as 3:00PM

Is this a correct behaviour?
