Error while registering RPA Robot with Robot Manager
I am getting below error while registering Robot with pega. Below are the Runtime log. Can any please shed some light here. I am using v19.1.

Good Day.
First thing comes to mind when i used to run into similar errors was that either my CommonConfig or RuntimeConfig had syntax errors.
I'd double check those if you haven't.

No errors, I verified syntax using notepad++ formatter. Also from Runtimelog, registration is successful, but error is while fetching the profile using api service package. Also, from robot manager I can see the bot, but status as "off". I also tried deleting the registered robot, but still getting same error and runtime is getting shutdown.

I was able to trace the api/v1 service and it seems api was getting failed on authentication, eventhough api was configured for basic authentication, service was looking for SSO. Any idea where this endpoint are configured in Runtime configuration.
So then I removed the basic authentication from api service package and now I am getting Internal 500 error with code Pega_API_014 . From tracer I can see RoboticOperatorPage is having pyUserIdentifier as blank. This page is supposed to get populated using pxRequestor.pyUserIdentifier identifier.

Delete the existing operator in PRPC and try to launch runtime and see if you still getting errors?
