Hi ,

I am actively learning Pega and going through the course and the subsequent exercises of System Architect Essentials. I have created Assistant request_3 case. Case Name is Assistant request_3  because earlier I have created Assistant request and Assistant request_2 and deleted those cases. 

There are two scenarios where I am in doubt.

01.  Scenario 1:-

In the Case Management Exercise  under Exercise: Configuring a case type  (75 mins) - In the 6th point of the Create a Service case as a child case topic it is mentioned that:-

In the contextual properties panel on the right, from the Create the following case drop-down, select Service to create a Service case. A pop-up window is displayed that informs you that the Service case will be set as a child case.

In my case when I am trying to do it I can't see Service in the drop down rather I can see the name of the case type as Assistant request_3. 

Please can you help where I am wrong in my workflow design ?

02.  Scenario 2:-

As I mentioned earlier that, at first I had created  cases named  Assistant request and Assistant request_2 and deleted those. Finally created Assistant request_3.

Now once I am trying to do the exercises mentioned in 13. Data Modeling: Exercise:Exercise: Designing a data model (60 mins) and once logged in, I can't see Assistant request_3.

Please can you help me to resolve these two scenarios that what went wrong so that I can proceed further.
