Manager routing approval
I have a requirement that when the case is routed to manager. If the manager approves the case the user should get an email as it is approved. And when the case is rejected the user should get an email as the case is rejected. And when the manager didn't respond to the case for 3 days Manager should receive an email that the case has been pending for approval.
How to achieve this ?
