Unable to start process CRM.exe Start process error
I am trying to learn Pega Robotics via Pega academy and using the system essentials guide, but after managing to install the studio I cant start Interrogation, I keep getting the error: Unable to start process CRM.exe. Start process injected
attached is an image of the error.
Please if anyone has a solution do let me know, i am interested in learning the Pega Robotics but I cant learn it if the system wont even work.

I believe that your Windows version is too new for that old of a version of Pega Robotics. If possible, upgrade to the latest 8.0 SP1 version or the latest 19.1 version (ideally) and you should be OK.

I suspect this has to do with either your build version of Pega Robotics being unsupported on your build version of Windows or perhaps there is some security software blocking it from operating properly. What version of Pega Robotics are you using (you can see the version in Add/Remove Programs. What is the build of Windows that you are using? You can locate this by Right-clicking your Start Menu and selecting Run. In the dialog box, enter "winver" and click OK.
