Unable to start process CRM.exe. Start process injected. CRM.exe failed
I am still getting the same issue during Windows application Interrogation
OS and Pega Robotics Studio Information:
Window 10 Home Edition Version: 1809 OS Build: 17763.1
Pega Robotics Studio Version: 8.0.1089.0
I have read through your post on known interrogation issue with Window 10 Build 1703 but heard this was fixed with Pega Robotics Studio version 8.0.1063 version. I am still getting the issue though. Please see the attached file for the exact error.
I already tried the following as below to see if it fixes the issues but with no luck.
1. Uninstalling and installing everything again
2. I checked the permission on the Folder and gave a Full Control access to the folder
3. I am running Studio as an Admin
4. I have my Anti Virus disabled

Hello,
1809 is a pulled version of Windows. Windows has withdrawn this build of Windows 10 as there are several known bugs with us. Robotics is incompatible with this build in its present state. Since this build is invalid we are recommending rolling back the upgrade for now. If in the future Microsoft releases a new build that is stable and this issue still occurs we will engineer a fix for this ASAP.

To the best of my knowledge, I haven;t every upgraded my Windows 10 build. I believe my personal laptop come with this 1809 build pre-installed. So I am not sure when you say rollback all upgrades for now. Are you asking me to go back to previous Windows 10 version.? If so, I am unable to do so as this option is no longer available for me because my PC was updated more than 10 days ago.
What options do I have till Mircosoft releases a new stable build. Are you suggesting as an interim solution to install Pega Robotics on Virtual Machine (VMWare)? Please advise as I am struck!!!

1809 was released on October 2nd and discontinued shortly after that. If you are not able to revert your upgrade then at this point installing Robotics on a virtual machine may be in your best interest.

Hello heffc,
I was able to rollback updates to previous Windows 10 OS Build version 1803 and that helped to resolve the issue. Through the Pega Robotics Studio, I am now able to successfully interrogate with Windows based application. Offcourse I need to disable my anti virus for interrogation to work.
