Unable to interrogate CRM.exe application
I'm getting the following error when trying to interrogate the CRM.exe training application: Unable to start process CRM.exe. Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\CRM Setup\CRM.exe failed. Screen shot attached. Any ideas?

Did you check to see if the CRM.exe is there at the path specified? If so, I have no idea. If not, you probably forgot to indicate that you wanted CRM installed when you loaded Pega Robotics. You may be able to fix that oversight with a "repair" otherwise you'll have to uninstall and reinstall.

Thanks for your reply, Ed. I did indicate that it be installed when Robotics Studio was installed. Also, I've verified that CRM.exe is in the specified path. I've tried re-installing and repairing multiple times as well. Also tried to make sure all permissions were available. No luck so far... :(

I suggest you open an SR to have someone look at your issue live. There must be some security software running that is blocking Pega Robotics.

I was able to interrogate CRM.exe on windows 10 until yesterday ,I had a windows update and its not working now. I suspect the issue occurred after the update on windows 10! Don't we have any other option other than downgrading windows??
