Create Global Web Page missing

I have version 14.0.25420.1 D14REL of Pega Robotics Studio.  8.0.2014.0

Where is the Create Global Web Page checkbox on the interrogation popup?

The option is there when interrogating a web application or a windows application that uses Internet Explorer internally. If you are using the Universal Web Adapter or the Windows Adapter (for an application that is not Internet Explorer does not contain an instance of it internally) then you would not have that option.

Are you able to interrogate any of the controls on the page? If not, what version of Pega Native Foundation do you have and what version of Windows (if Windows 10 you can use the command "WinVer" to get the build version) are you using?
