Hi all,
Q1. User is not able to see left side section when we are opening through email notification link.
Q2 . Before going to open the link,need to clear the browser cache.Any approach for clearing browser Cache in pega.

Thanks for reply.
We done some changes in link configuration,now able to see the left pane.But now the issue is,if developer portal already logged in and tried to open the Email link,it's not opening properly. Opening as combination of both Dev portal and case info in manager portal.
If we try with different browser opening properly.

Based on your comment it looks like this will happen only when developer portal is opened and trying to open the link from email. So I feel it shouldn't be an issue in real time on production end users.

We have raised an SR for the same issue and We got to know from the product team that this feature is only built for end-users and not the developers.

#1. To display left navigation then pass the pyShowFullPortal param value as true. Like :
http://hostname/prweb/PRServlet?pyActivity=pyMobileSnapStart&pyShowFullPortal=true&Action=openWorkByHandle&InsHandle=OKOI-ITSM2-WORK%20R-3730#2. When we open the link in a browser then it will use previous logged in user session. For better testing either logged out form current sessions or open in incognito mode/private window.

@kanap2 : Is there any fix for the issue? This link says it works only from mobile not desktop. What should I do to make it work from desktop?
Could you please share the details of how you configured the link in the email and do you mean the left navigation of the portal is not visible when we open a case from email?
