Hi all,
Q1. User is not able to see left side section when we are opening through email notification link.
Q2 . Before going to open the link,need to clear the browser cache.Any approach for clearing browser Cache in pega.

Could you please share the details of how you configured the link in the email and do you mean the left navigation of the portal is not visible when we open a case from email?
