Tracer Not working for PEGA 8.3

Hi, 

Tracer is not working in 8.3 , For example when i want trace the service activity trace event will not get trigger. 

Is any one facing the same issue. Do we have any solution for the same.

Yes I try to trace the rule of Service Rest as mentioned

I try to trace the Service Rest by Running and adding the JSON.

I tried to trace the rule content for the Activity called the service request but nothing is worked.
