Remote tracer not working

Report

Remote tracer stopped working recently. Not sure about what could have resulted in this.

Not working - I mean that no results shown for requestors list.

Any quick pointers?

Thanks for this reference, I did check these. They did not help. 

 

But after temp clearing and cache clearing & restart of server (as part of fixing some other issue) - it seems to have been fixed. 

We'd prefer it if you saw us at our best.
