We use AES 7.2. We wolud like to extend some webservices to match our requirement. Occasionally, when running PRPC’s Tracer tool, the tool stops working. The trace could be started, but there are no any buttons to see. Please see the screenshot. I remeber three weeks ago i could still use the tracer.
Please help me to resolve the problem. Thanks!

Interesting. Is this the only problem when this happens? What about other areas of the application? Will it self-recoverable after some time or it can never be recovered once it happens? It does look like a potential caching issue.
I don't think AES is related to this. If your system is like this consistently at the moment. I would suggest create a SR and have GCS engineer going through this in details. It could be potential caching issue or something environment related.
