PEGA AES 8.3
Hi,
Iam trying to install PEGA AES 8.3, I have installed new install of Pega 8.3 in tenant configuration. AES is monitoring the same pega system.
Iam getting "Failed:You are trying to connect to a shared service. Please set tenant specific URL" error.
When Testing Configure->System->Settings->Predictive Diagnostic Cloud. The SOAP End point URL is correctly
specified as http://<host-name>:8080/prweb/PRSOAPServlet

You must create a tenant and give your monitored system the tenant URL, not the shared layer URL.
The tenant URL is going to look like https://<host-name>/prweb/PRSOAPServlet/<tenantHash>/SOAP/PegaAES/Events
Prereq - you must have a working default/ notify email account.
Create your tenant : Configure / System / Tenant Mangement / Create, with setup activity AESasService. You will be setting passwords for user and manager accounts in the tenant.
Log in to tenant and go to Welcome screen. Review instructions and copy the tenant-specific service URL endpoint
