Unable to Edit Delegated When rule in User Portal
I am unable to Edit the Delegated When rule to update the condition accessed from user portal configuration gear icon.

Is that when rule present in the production ruleset?
Could you please give more details about the issue.

You need to verify that the rule has been delegated to the right Access Group / User you are trying to edit the rule with.

Hi Vaseem,
1) production ruleset version should be unlocked( may be you have done this alreday)
2)Now, you need to add production ruleset in all access groups for whom you want to delegate
"Advance" tab--> Run time Configuration->Production Ruleset

Hi Guys,
thanks for replies. In this scenario everything was perfectly configured, even though we we were unable to get the when rule delegated. finally we moved all logic from advanced tab to conditions tab, and then it got worked to Delegate & haven't faced any issue with delegation. I don't think so it was a correct procedure but it worked. it is not committed yet and still in review. thank you guys.

Hi,
This is probably an imposed limitation. It might be considered that Advanced tab is not appropriate for Business/Citizen users.
