Unable to Cancel a Case in Pega App Studio

Hi,

 

I was going through the Pega CSA 8 practical within the study material through Cloud Instance and was trying to cancel a request in App Studio. The Cancel Request is a case-wide action, in which I have put a decision shape to cofirm Cancellations. However, while I was trying to Cancel Request from Action -> Add Work -> Cancel Request, I was not able to see previously configured options for the decision shape i.e. Do you want to cancel your request is equals to yes.

Hi Pooja,

 

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the solution provided above, but unfortunately it didn't work. But I figured out that the respective view for the Cancellation Step was not called in the appropriate step of the case life cycle. The problem got resolved once the view was added for the step. Now, it's working fine even with the connector highlighted in yellow.
