Workforce Intelligence question
Hello, I am trying to gain an understanding of pega workforce intelligence. I have had some trouble finding specific information online. Is workforce intelligence only available through pega’s cloud? How well does it work with customized applications? Is it able to provide a granular look at user interactions such as clicks on a specific screen?
