Create one page of class OperatorID,
And with the help of Obj-Save save that page and commit the changes. Are you facing any issues in this approach?

Hi Vamshi,
You can use "CreateOperator" activity(OOTB) of class "Data-Admin-Operator-ID" and pass the required parameters.
I hope this will fulfil your requirement.
