How to delete a tenant in Multitenancy environment
Hi,
I am trying to delete a tenant in a multitenancy environment but can't find where to do it. According to the multitenancy administration guide (see below), you can do delete operation from "Delete tenant section" which I am unable to find.
Can someone help me locating where to do deletion? Also, the 3rd tab is "Manage" and I would expect I could do some operation, but when I select tenant name from the auto complete, nothing happens. Is deletion supposed to show up here? Is this a bug or something?
I am using Pega Platform 8.3.1. Please let me know.

SR-D75964 was created. This bug will be fixed in the future release. A workaround for now is to "click" the row in the autocomplete list, instead of "pressing" the enter key.

You are in the right place. Can you first confirm you login as tenant administrator? Once that is confirmed, can you show the screen after selecting a tenant? Unfortunately I do not have an 8.3.1 MT environment ready to verify myself.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I log into the base Pega Platform instance (not individual tenant instance), as "[email protected]", that has PRPC:Administrators access group, that includes "PegaRULES:MultiTenantAdmin" access role. I think this is okay.
When I select a tenant from auto complete, nothing happens. This tenant instance already exists and it is working (it is possible to log into this tenant instance).
This screen is very spacious and has only one text input field. There is no button or action menu. Isn't this odd?

When you select a tenant in manage tab, you should get the tenant details and a delete option. See attached screenshot.
Can you create one afresh and then try managing it?
