Authorization error while pulse reply via email
Hi,
I have configured a service email to enable users respond pulse messages via email. And the configuration has been working correctly. But recently I noticed that operator's name was missing in the header of pulse message. When I checked the logs, there was an authorization error;
Execution denied for class: @baseclass (activity: pxRetrieveUserFromChannel)
Error in Obj-Open
com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.AuthorizationException: You are not authorized to open instance RULE-NOTIFICATION @BASECLASS PYINVOLVED_PULSEDISCUSSION #20171212T115218.342 GMT
Operator record for the "from" email address exists. I don't understand why pega raises this error. Is there anyone else who has faced this error before ?

Was it working before ? The operator name was present in the header of pulse message ?
If yes, were any changes done with respect to the Access group or the operator ID?

The above errors is coming in PYINVOLVED_PULSEDISCUSSION rule which basically is a notification rule-type.
It is a Work-Channel-Triage class notification that activates a notification when a new reply is sent in the interaction case using the reply option in triage flow action.
