Unable to Authenticate error during login
Hello,
I have created an operator "D" which has access to Pega sales CRM, however, I deleted the ruleset for the application "ISC" when logged in as operator "D". Now, when I try to login as operator "D" it gives me an error saying: Unable to authenticate "D": No such Rule-Application instance: ISC:01.01.01
how do I log back into PEGA using this operator? has anyone come across similar error??

1. Either login as administrator and import an RAP.
2. Use migration wizard from another environment
and the most obvious one:
0. You mentioned, that you can login by admin account. Just change an access group of the user D to point to another application

Hi,
Can you try to log in as administrator and create this operator again.
Thanks,
Abhinav

Thanks, Abhinav. Yes, I did log in as admin and the ruleset is removed since operator "D" had SysAdmin rights

Hi Deepak,
In that case I see only option left, that is to restore database just before deletion.
Thanks,

Changing the access group works for me.
