"Appender is not specified" error on Test connectivity of CTI Link.
Hi,
We are trying to integrate Pega call with 'Avaya AES' CTI in our application, configured CTI Link(Local JTAPI) with correct configuration details to connect to AES server. In 'Test Connectivity' we are getting Test Result as 'Fail' and Error Message as Unexpected Error'.
From tracer we could able to see error 'Appender is not specified' from 'CreateSession' activity.
Did anyone encountered this error or know what might be the root cause for the issue ? Please help.

Hi Harikrishna,
Please check the required jars (ecsjtapi and log4j) were installed at your end. If they were installed kindly check the read/ write permissions of the bin folder and the folder where you are trying to change the location of the logs. Check the firewall blocking if you have the permissions.
