Access to Archived Personal Editions
It would be helpful to have access to the archive of Personal Edition releases to allow partners to better support development of upgrade and migration offerings. It might also be helpful for Pega clients that are working through migration and want their technical teams to have access to intermediate PE releases through the Pega Support pages.
Can this be added to the Support Download area ?

I see that there is a comment indicating Personal Edition is only downloadable for latest GA release on the 3 year old question asking for 7.1 - I understand this is a current policy.
I'm asking if the policy can be changed. When I started the first partner practice for Pega at Virtusa in 2005, I also launched the first upgrade and migration service offering (among others). In order to do launch such an offering and provide this service effectively, I needed access to past and current releases of PRPC and I had such access. I'd like to be able to assess specific changes on point releases and either build out updated accelerator tools or train people accordingly to be able to address upgrade issues.
Can Pega provide sufficient access to software to support partners creating service offerings ?
