Personal Edition Pega DB access

I have installed the Pega 8.6 personal edition, how can I access the DB? Is there a tool I need to install to access the DB to see the tables or execute the queries or Pega gives something OOTB as part of package? I want to create the procedure and views in the Database by looking at the columns and table names.

@AkhilK14 Enterprise Edition offers the following tools to view some database tables : Viewing general database information

PE is a cut-down version.

You can try to use the pgadmin PostGres tool.  There are some details on how to do this here.
