I have installed Pega 7 personal edition , I tried to access the database using pgadmin3 tool. But when I create a new connection with DB details in context.xml file in tomcat config directory

driverClassName="org.postgresql.Driver"

url="jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/pega"

username="pega"

password="pega"/>

I'm getting the following error "Error Connecting to server service pega not found " . Can any one help me in connecting to personal edition database.
