Error after successful installation of Pega 8.3 PE
After successful loading of 8.3 PE version, when Startup is clicked i see errors in the cmd and when tried to login in i get the following error
"The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists."
Attached is the logs. Please suggest how to rectify it.

Hello,
From the attached logs, we can see the following is the cause of exception.
PRAppLoader was not properly initialized, unable to load class com.pega.pegarules.web.servlet.WebAppLifeCycleListener

I had followed the instruction that was given during the installation. I have not made any changes to the package that was downloaded for Personal Edition. I have tried to remove all the files and reinstall the package and still get the same error.
