Pega Installation 8.3 failure PRNodeImpl init failed

Hi,

currently we are installing Pega 8.3 on a Oracle 19c. We use the Pega installation wizard with a dual user configuration (exactly configured according to the Pega Oracle Tomcat installation guide). We also use ojdbc8 and Java 1.8.0_251-b08.

The installation fails with the attached error log. 

Can you help here?
