The Next Run does not get updated for an agent after stopping and starting

We have observed that if we STOP a recurring agent and then START again after few days then its NEXT RUN doesn’t get change in 8.x version.

It shows NEXT RUN data as past date and remain disabled.

For ex: The agent in the attachment which runs daily was disabled yesterday(5/11/2019) and enabled back today. After enabling, it was still showing next run date as the old date as attached and not the updated date(7/11/2019). Please note that all the timings are in PST.

When we restart the node then such issues got resolved. Please help to provide a fix for the same.

I could see similar issue happening in version 7.x in the below article and a hotfix was provided for the same.

Appreciate if any hotfix could be provided for our issue in 8.x version.
