How can we integrate Bots running in client environment with Pega installed at Cloud?
Hi Team,
In Client environment, when we install both PEGA PRPC and PEGA ROBOTICS in same desktop, we were able to successfully integrate and were able to call the bot which internally opens the ERP application and the requirement is completed.
Now we are planning to do the same with PEGA application in Cloud 2.0 and how we will be able to call the bot and open the internal ERP application within client environment.
1. We need to know what steps we need to follow to get this integration completed, when both PEGA and Robotics are in different instances
2. Whether we need to install PEGA robotics client in every system where this bot needs to be called. Kindly clarify?

Pega Robotics Runtime would likely not be run in the cloud. Since Runtime requires access to perform the work of employees who perform the same tasks, it must be on your network. Pega Robotics Runtime requires a Windows desktop, preferrably one running the same OS as your users performing the tasks today, and access to the applications that a user would require to perform the task(s). You could potentially have Robot Manager running the cloud and providing work to your bots, but you'd likely need to have the other assets such as Package Server and Synch Server running locally on your network.
