How to reopen a closed case for review
How do I go about reopening a closed case for review from the Case Manager portal? That is, a case that has been worked on and completed by an operator.
Currently I have a table displaying a list of closed cases:
I am attempting to configure the "Riapri" button to reopen the closed case through the following action set: Click > Open Assignment [.pzInsKey] (passing the key for the case)
When trying this out, I get the following error:
