Robotic Data Cleanup on PRPC platform
We are using 7.4 Platform, with Pega Robot Manager version 6.1, and we have some robots registered and running automations, since few months
I noticed that the exchange between robots and Robot Manager does collect considerable amount of data at database level
I would like to know how to purge old data, and make periodic cleanings so that can we restrict retained data to maximum one month; is there any document explaining such cleanup operations, which should be specific just for robot manager associated information ?

Hi Marco,
Not sure if this would help in cleaning up the Robot manager associated information but will help in cleaning the data from DB related to Pega-Platform Case types.
To purge the data from Pega, you can make use of Purge/Archive wizard, which purges the work-object having "Resolved-*" status based on the number of days being specified in the wizard.

thank you for your assistance; as you correctly say the article you are mentioning explains how to get rid of old cases, which are in resolved status; I was looking at some other strategy to clean up the information that Robot Manager stores into db, concerneing availability of robots and interactions with robots ; since our db has recently experienced a tablespace exhausted condition due to some unclear robotic historical data, I just would like to understand what db tables are used by Robot Manager for historical data retention, and how to periodically purge their contents
