Compatibility between Pega Robotic Studio 8.0.1094 x Pega Platform 8.1 x Robot Manager 6

Hi All,

I wonder if the enhancements in Pega Robot Manager 6 and Pega Platform 8.1 works using Pega Robotic Studio/Runtime 8.0.1094?

I am asking this due to a fix released in Pega Robotic Studio/Runtime version 8.0.1094 that has not been applied in newer versions.

What was the fix applied in 1094 that was not applied to newer versions? That is not generally how we release fixes. In general, they are always ported to later versions unless specifically deprecated. I would suggest that you open an SR to confirm that your fix was ported to future versions.

We've already opened the SRs:
SR-D19243 and SR-D18877
In which Pega support team confirmed that the fixes were not ported.

I would then ask to have them added to a new release. I am not in support, so I can't really look at any SRs, but this is a new one. I've never heard of a fix being available in a single version unless it were temporary.

Pega still hasn't provided the fixes to be ported to the newest Pega Robotic Studio/Runtime (see SR-D18877).

So the questions remains:
- Do the enhancements in Pega Robot Manager 6 and Pega Platform 8.1 work using Pega Robotic Studio/Runtime 8.0.1094?
- What new features we will not be able to use?

Could you please help us have those questions answered?
