Unable to Send external assignment through Email
Hi All,
we are integrating with external assignments by using OOTB Flow <EngageExternalQuick> but not receiving the email because system not able to access server and port number 25. We have configured Default email account with port number 587 and getting Success as response when we do test connectivity. We are also able to send emails out by using SendSimpleEmail activity and using SendEmail shape in a flow. Why system is trying to connect the server with port 25 when we configured it as 587 port in email account?

Tried Updating the DSS "Email/DisableSecuritySTARTTLS" to true but still issue exists.

Hi,
Please refer to SR-D40100. There was an issue in the 'CreateAndProcessCorr' rule which was customized in the framework. By overriding this rule, the issue has been resolved.
