Message Not Received on Email id

Hey , i have a requirement on sending email to users on specific conditions , i have configured Email Outbound and Email is getting send from Pega , These are screenshot of Attached Message to Work Object .

Question : Message are getting send by pega but not received by Receiver ? What could be possible Issues ?

Note : I have Tested Connection also , It is Successful.

Is it possible for change the setup to send test emails to a mailbox that you monitor?

Has the current recipient of that email checked his/her whole mailbox (not just Inbox folder)?

Is it a POP3 or IMAP mailbox that recipient uses?

Yeah , i have setup mail to come to my account so i can monitor them, I have checked all the folders and IMAP is being used. On the Sender information i have put real email account so there is no message in their send box folder
