Language detection - which languages are supported?
Which languages are supported by the language detection that is done in analysing inbound emails in Customer Service 8.2?
I see that there are more languages supported than only the NLP analysis languages. For example Chinese.

Even though 34 languages can be detected, processing of Inbound emails will be done only for below mentioned 7 languages -
Dutch
English
French
German
Italian
Portuguese
Spanish

Bhavani, can you provide a link to where you found those 34 languages? The link below only seems to list 16 languages, and I can't find any public link that lists the others. Also, do we have any insight into the roadmap to support additional languages for intent and sentiment analysis (beyond the 7 currently supported languages)?
