Which languages does the Pega NLP engine support?

Hi,

I have built a bot about bot building platforms and I am looking for a contact person to get a clear overview of the specs of Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant™ (IVA).

A specific question for a client of mine (Dutch bank): Which languages does the Pega NLP engine support?

Can you provide any insight into the roadmap to support additional languages for intent and sentiment analysis (beyond the 7 currently supported languages)?  Specifically interested in Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean
