How to revert the case to previous state (stage or step) from resolution stage ?

User accidentally resolved a case by moving it to alternate stage. Now the case needs to be moved to the previous step or stage. How to achieve this?

We have change stage local action, but it is not getting listed under local actions in the case since there is no assignment as the case is resolved.

Well sometimes you have a reopen icon on WorkObjects. It depends on your application but yes I guess you could also have an activity doing an Obj-Open-By-Handle and calling Activity reopenWorkObject maybe. There is a change stage action in said activity already but you will have to test it first of course.
