Issue in jumping to steps of previous stage
Hi All,
We have an issue in jumping to the step of previous stage which is already completed. On doing change stage from stage 3 to stage 2, the steps are not executed. We do not have any start when rules on steps. It is automatically moving to stage 4. Please assist

Hi,
These links do not have the issue that I have reported. First and third is about jumping to previous step of same stage. The second link has similar issue but resolution is not provided.

Hi,
Can you please check what happens when you do the same in Stage2. Actually, I want to understand is the issue exist for all the stages or only for some stages. Also, share how you are trying to move within the stages.

Hi Rachana,
Please open corresponding "Case Type" Rule then Select stages tab then select corresponding stage and then goto Automatically launched processes then check run on re-entry? checkbox. Please find attachment
This will solve your problem
