Real time event campaign is not working correctly
Hi,
We have developed a Campaign with a Real time event which is working correctly; we can see three records in the Interaction history:
1) Real time event
2) Pending (Strategy)
3) Sent (Offer flow)
Nevertheless, we have deployed and executed this campaign in another environment and it does not work correctly.
When we check the Interaction history we only can see the Real time event record.
We have traced the agent ProcessEventRun and we can see that the Strategy is being executed.
Attachment xml file exported from the tracer.
If anyone knows what might be failing, we'd appreciate your response.

Hi,
Can you see the events are triggered?
Are the events being processed by the processevent run?
If they are processed can you enable the logger for the processevent agent activity and see if there is an error in the stack trace. If no error found share us the execution steps of the processeventrun agent activity.
