System Operations Menu not displaying in 8.1.3

Hi,

I am Using Pega Infinity 8.1.3, I am not able to see the Menu items under the System --> Operation --> ? like Cluster Management, Agent Management, Listener Management etc...

I can able to see only Logs, Purge/Archive. I added "PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator" access role in my access group. but no luck.

Could anybody help on this.
