Work object is not opening in new tab when I click on hyperlink in email notification

https://<URL>?pyActivity=Data-Portal.ShowDesktop&isSnapStart=true&pyShowFullPortal=true&applicationName=GRID&Action=openWorkByHandle&InsHandle=<work pool>+<pyID>

I have used above snippet in hyperlink for email notification to include work object link. When I click on the link work object is not opening in new tab of dynamic container of the case manager portal. Work object is opening as a single document with full portal view. But I want it to open in new tab.

Can Someone please prove help?

Hello

why dont you think of using snap start URL approach instead of forming URL manually and pasting it in mail?
