Unable to log off in IOS device from Pega Mobile APP when session times out

Hi All,

Can anyone please suggest on the below issue.

Issue : Not able to log off from the app when session gets time out in Iphone, same application in android device logs off correctly but not in IOS device.

Used pxsessionTimer section to get the session time out modal dialog.

This is a Pega online mobile application built for android and ios devices in 7.3.0 version.

Are you able to capture a console log from the device?

Aside from that:

  • what is observed behavior compared to Android (E.g. is modal dialog non-responsive)? 
  • can the operator logout before timeout?
  • Are there any frameworks on top of base Pega?
  • What authentication is in use (basic, SSO, etc.)?

Aside from that:

  • what is observed behavior compared to Android (E.g. is modal dialog non-responsive)?  [No and it is working properly]
  • can the operator logout before timeout? [Yes]
  • Are there any frameworks on top of base Pega? [No]
  • What authentication is in use (basic, SSO, etc.)? [SAMLAuth]

We are using iOS version 12.2. We observed that if we use iOS version below 12.2 then it is working. The HC version is 7.41 and Pega version is 7.3.0.
